Greater Retention
Manageable Group Sizes - We teach in small to medium size groups so your teams receive focused, personalized attention and do not feel like just a number. Large public seminars can register 200+ people per session. The manageable group size allows us time to welcome learners' questions so we can better understand their needs, resulting in greater retention.
Please Note: For larger audiences at conferences, trade shows, and educational events, we conduct shorter training segments in the format of keynote presentations. For greater results, we use specific scenarios geared to your company's needs so learners can readily apply the concepts to your operations and implement their newfound skills.

Day, Evening, and Weekend Availability - You call the shots - Five Star Training does not have typical 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday time restrictions and makes every effort to be available by phone and to conduct training sessions whenever, and whatever time of the day/evening you desire. (Holidays are a time we reserve for our team members to enjoy personal time).
